Colby and Edam Cheese - made at home







here are my first two cheeses....I made these in my kitchen.
I never made instructions for these, but now that I have a blog, When I make cheese,
I will be taking notes and photos

    I'm making my first feta cheese today & have a Colby made last night soaking in brine before drying tomorrow. It is very new and a bit exciting!
